Out of the “frying pan into the fire”?
Or maybe not, our Pirate Queen seems to be extremely annoyed but not as insane as the Baron.
You guys use that “frying pan/fire” metaphor a lot.
Me? I just think of it as another average day on Xylos.
Does “Out of the Thark creche and into the Thern temple” work better for you?
I did not see the Baron being a cyborg coming. Nice twist.

I just have to mention that I really enjoy everything about this comic… and Ian’s colors are a big part of the magic. He really hits the right notes, doesn’t over-embellish, but definitely enhances depth and mood effectively. Great work all around, Team!
